The excellent quality of our castings is the result
of continuous and diligent efforts of our team of qualified and
experienced professionals.
Our Quality Plan ensures that all batches of input
raw materials are rigorously tested on receipt and accepted for
use only if they meet our exact specifications. Continuous monitoring
of manufacturing processes and rigid controls begin right from preparation
and conditioning of moulding sands and core making.
0ther moulding processes thereafter coupled with
strict metallurgical control of melting, metal treatment, casting
and subsequent processing ensures a consistent product quality to
satisfy our customers.
We are equipped with modern state-of-art instrumentation
for control of moulding/core sand mixtures, chemical and metallurgical
characteristics of liquid metal, castings, heat-treatment, product
quality monitoring and assessment.
Our well equipped in house pattern checking facility
enables us to engineer, develop and maintain our pattern equipment to produce
castings to close dimensional tolerances. To ensure the
dimensions, in the system we have a practice of checking dimensions
on the castings & also have Ultrasonic wall thickness gauge to
ensure the wall thickness of castings.
To assure the Quality in the development stage,
we have in-house facility for solid modeling by Pro-E & methoding
simulation by soft cast analysis:
Our well equipped Testing facility like UTS,
Impact & hardness to ensure the physical properties.
To ensure the soundness of the castings, we have
NDT Inspection facility like MPT, LPT, RT & UT-Inhouse.
The appreciation of our quality system has culminated
in our being awarded the ISO 9001 Certification & PED-MMS Certification.
