SVE was established in 1997 to cater to the Castings Need of Valve & Pump manufacturing industries, Petrochemical Plants and Refineries Projects.

It is an established Steel Foundry located at South India, karnataka State, Bellary city 300 Kms from Bangalore city. Is engaged in manufacturing of Steel, Alloy Steel, Special Steel, Stainless Steel and Ni-base alloy graded castings as per ASTM/ International Standards based on the customer requirements.

The company is capable of producing 1800 tons of castings per annum by a team of highly qualified Professionals. The company can produce maximum weight of  500kg Single casting.  

The company was permitted to pour IBR castings with "well known status" approved by centrol boilers board,Govt.of India & recommonded by Engineers India LTD (EIL) to pour valve & pump castings, also obtained ISO 9001 Certification for Quality System from M/s DNV, Norway. PED-MMS Certification for Product Quality by DNV.

The company has got well-equipped laboratory to have built-in strength of quality control measures to prevent non-confirming products reaching the customers. The chemical lab is equipped with latest version of Vacuum Spectrometer, manufactured by M/S GNR, Italy wherein we can analyze and control 18 elements inclusive of nitrogen, which can be measured in very low ppm. It has got facility to analyze both ferrous and nickel based alloys with all required primary standards from M/S British Standards, which covers major alloys to confirm the machine accuracy for the alloys manufactured.
