With the technology developed and refined over a period of time,
the company is able to produce castings with very close tolerance and surface finish satisfying international standards.
1. Methods & Development

We have an In-House Pattern shop facility for the developmental and engineering activity by using simulation software for methoding.
3. Melting
-
To make molten metal we assure by following International standards to Pour castings as per customer specification requirement.
5. Fettling
-
The excess metal on the castings are removed by grinding process. We follow various process of fettling for complete clean up.
2. Molding
-
100% alkaline Phynolic Two part no bake system with PLC controlled Automatic Continuous mixture with semi automatic fast loop line sysytem.
4. Heat Treatment
-
To achieve mechanical properties, corrosion properties and micro structural parameters the castings are heated to extreme temperature depending on the type of the material (Alloy) as per ASTM standards and the process meet to API requirements.
6. Testing Facility
-
Our QC / QA department assure proper quality check for the incoming material before production and on the final product before delivery to the customer.
